Horizontal Float Switch - Liquid Level Sensor with Downward Activation - No (1pcs)

💍 Product Overview: The PP Floating Ball Switch is a robust and reliable liquid water level sensor designed for horizontal float operation. This device operates on a simple yet effective principle, making it an ideal solution for various industrial applications where water level monitoring is crucial. With its straightforward construction, it ensures ease of installation and maintenance.

🧱 Design and Materials: Crafted from high-quality P.P (Polypropylene), both the float ball and the float body are resilient and resistant to corrosive liquids, ensuring longevity and durability. The compact design of the mechanical switch allows it to fit seamlessly into constrained spaces, making it suitable for diverse setups. The materials used are meticulously chosen to handle various types of liquids while maintaining operational integrity across a wide range of conditions.

🔩 Operating Principles: At the core of the PP Floating Ball Switch is a specially designed magnetic reed switch that works in conjunction with an integral float. This float, encased within a non-magnetic metal or plastic pipe, engages with the reed switch as liquid levels fluctuate. As the float rises or falls, it either activates or deactivates the reed switch, facilitating precise level control without the need for complex electronics. This makes it an energy-efficient and reliable option for liquid level management.

Versatile Applications: The versatility of the PP Floating Ball Switch allows it to be utilized in a wide array of industries. It finds applications in shipbuilding, petrochemical processes, food and beverage production, water treatment facilities, dyeing operations, and hydraulic machinery, among others. Its adaptability to various types of liquids and operational environments underscores its vital role in industrial liquid management.
