- To prevent moisture-related issues, keep your PC filament dry prior to printing. Since PC can absorb moisture, it may lead to bubbles during extrusion if not properly dried. To remedy this, dry the filament in an oven at 80°C for 3-6 hours and store it in a self-sealing bag with a desiccant.
- Use a heated bed to minimize warping. For enhanced results, printing within a sealed chamber is recommended.
- To improve layer adhesion, consider the following methods:
- Apply blue tape or Kapton tape on the heat bed.
- Coat the heat bed with PVP glue.
